As the school year comes to an end, it's also the beginning of summer. What's better than to have a cook off with frozen desert? Our first battle was Sorbet Luckily, after the class has voted, I won by one vote. I probably just got lucky, but it gives me more motivation to make even better frozen desert for Round 2 For Sorbet, I chose to use Lychee Though it was canned, you can still smell the aroma of this tropical lovely fruit.
