In this lab, we melted down chocolate and "painted" them into molds.

Valentine's - Dark Chocolate Souffle

For Valentine's, our lab was the Dark Chocolate Souffle.
It was time consuming but it was worth it.
It's like a molten lava cake, but more smooth.
